
Ingredients (serves 4)
2 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups (10 oz.) flour
1 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 01
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with your hands. When liquids are combined with the dry move it all to a counter and start needing the dough untill it all comes together.
Step 02
Place dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 03
Devide the dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each as much as possible with a roller.
Step 04
Put your pasta roller on the highest setting and run one portion of the dough thru it. Fold the dough in half and then run it again, repeat that one more time.
Step 05
Lower the pasta roller to the next level and repeat the rolling and folding procedure 2 times.
Step 06
Now, lower the pasta maker to the next level and roll the pasta one time. Repeat this until the pasta roller get's to level three.
Step 07
The pasta is now ready to cut the way you need it to be.
