I have 18 years experience as a multimedia designer/developer. During my career I have designed and developed multiple promotional, web based training (WBT), multimedia and application websites and led various aspects of the project life cycle to include requirements gathering, project management, and client meetings. I have developed complex custom graphics, interface designs, video creations, 3D animations, print media and branding in support of these efforts. I havebeen creating WBTs for more than 5 years where I have created custom WBT content management systems using Flash, ActionScript 3.0 C#, XML, and HTML that have been both 508 and SCORM compliant. I have over 10 years of experience with project management and client relations. I have been instrumental in gathering and defining project requirements, creating timelines, briefing the customer and seniors on project status, potential issues, and developing solutions.

As a Developer/Designer for ALTA IT, I worked on the FBI Training team contract. I planned, designed, and developed dynamic WBTs. My responsibilities included gathering requirements from the customer, creating the design, technique development, managing and collaborating with a team of artists and developers, and performing quality control. I used Adobe suite of tools, MS Office, HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON, ActionScript 3.0 in his daily development.

As the lead designer/developer for SGIS I was responsible for developing training for a large government software upgrade. I was instrumental in redesigning the WBT design and delivery system from HTML to a complete Flash engine using Flash templates and XML The redesign significantly reduced the development and update time. The system was designed to be taken by visually and auditory impaired users (508 compliant) and recorded information into a learning management system (LMS) database. As the SharePoint administrator for the Army corps of engineers, I was responsible for managing the SharePoint site for the Army Corps of Engineers. I used native SharePoint components and C# .net to develop custom components. I also led the SP2007 upgrade. While at CACI I was responsible for multimedia, web, software and SharePoint development. He used JavaScript, ASP, VBScript, SQL, Cold Fusion, MIVA, .net, C# and Action Script along with Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Lightwave 3D to complete many high end dynamic websites and promotional material.

At Lockheed Martin I was responsible for the managing and development of the full life cycle of multimedia and print projects for a US Government Customer. From layout design to deployment, he was responsible for graphics and programming. I programmed in HTML, JavaScript, ASP, VBScript, SQL, Cold Fusion, MIVA and Action Script 3.0. I also utilized applications such as, Adobe Creative Suite, MS FrontPage, and Lightwave 3D. I was responsible for developing everything from static web sites to fully dynamic multimedia computer based training modules. I also created custom logos, technical illustrations, high-end designed organizational charts, briefings, and other print collateral. He received several awards from the customers and Lockheed Martin for his work.

I was the principle for PaperJet Productions where I was responsible for the project management of video, and other projects including traditional web sites, 2D and 3D animations/custom models. I was 100% responsible for all aspects of this project to include; client relations, the storyboards through the model creation, the animation, compositing and final editing of the videos. He completed several videos ranging from 1 -2 minutes for the US Army promoting the GLMRS weapons system. In completing this project he utilized Lightwave 3D, Adobe Premiere and other multimedia applications.
