
Base Cookie
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
Method
Step 01
add the flour, baking soda, and salt into a mixer and mix throughly.
Step 02
add the rest into a bowl and mix them.
Step 03
Mix the wet into the dry and stir throughly.
Cooking
Step 01
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 02
Place cookie dough (about 6) onto a, average cookie pan.
Step 03
Cook 9 - 11 minutes
Pancake Cookie
Ingredients
Base cookie recipe
2 tbsp. Vanilla, Butter, and Nut Flavor from Superior flavoring
Optional Ingredients
2 cups chocolate chips
Method
Step 01
Mix the flavoring in with the wet ingredients of the base recipe.
Step 02
If adding the chocolate chips, add them when you combine the dry and wet.
Mint Cookie
Ingredients
Base cookie recipe
1 tbsp. peppermint extract
1 cup crushed mint candies
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Red food coloring
Method
Step 01
Mix the peppermint extract into the wet ingredients (this does NOT replace the vanilla extract)
Step 02
Mix the chocolate chips and a couple drops of the food coloring in when you mix the wet and dry.
