Ingredients
Spice Mix
     1 tbsp Kosher Salt
     2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
     2 tbsp Garlic Powder
     2 tbsp Onion Powder

Flour Coat
     2 cups all-purpose flour
     3/4 tbsp Garlic Powder
     3/4 tbsp Onion Powder
      3/4 tbsp Kosher Salt

Cooking Method

1) LIBERALLY coat the wings with the spice mix, then pour just enough butter milk to coat the wings.  Too much milk will cause the rub to come off the wings.
2) put the wings in the fridge for at least an hour, more time is better.
3) When ready, start heating peanut oil (yes it makes a BIG difference which oil you use) to 320. use the largest pot you have and lots of oil.  The more oil you use the better it keeps it's temp.
4) prepare the flour coating. I use a large bowl.
5) Place the individual wings in the flour bowl and get a good coat of flour on each wing.  Place the wings on a wire sheet to rest until the oil reaches 320.
6) When the oil is ready, place ONLY enough wings in at a time, so they have a chance to move around, you don't want wings touching each other.
7) Cook for 7-8 minutes, the wings will be a nice dark golden brown (The paprika makes them look more cooked then they are)
8) As soon as you get them out of the oil, LIBERALLY coat them with the spice mix.
9) ENJOY!!
